| Here's how it works: |
- You must be enrolled in ePayment, our online paperless billing service.
- Each month you will receive an e-bill with a link that will bring you directly to your current bill. You will no longer receive a bill via the USPS mail system.
- You can view and pay your bill, view account history, and update your account information.
- You control how your account is paid and can set the pay date.
- We'll archive your bills for at least six months.

| When you sign up for Bank Draft, Palmetto Electric will automatically draft your checking account for the amount of your monthly electric bill.
You'll still receive monthly statements showing kilowatt-hour usage and the amount due, but with Bank Draft, you won't have to write a check - ever! And your payments will be made on time, every time.
