Simplify paying your utility bill with the convenience of a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. You can pay with your credit card online using ePayment or by phone using Powertouch.
Pay Via ePayment
To pay your account by credit card call one of our local offices or
e-mail us to receive your password for ePayment. It's easy to sign up.
When you enroll in the online payment plan, you agree to receive your monthly electric bill
via email and will no longer receive a copy of your bill in the mail.

To pay by phone using your credit card, call 1-866-445-5551 and follow a few easy steps.
MEMBERS MUST HAVE THEIR ACCOUNT NUMBER TO MAKE A PAYMENT BY PHONE.
Upon completion of your payment transaction, you will be given a confirmation number that you
should record and refer to when contacting Palmetto Electric.
