Jenny Ballard Opportunity Scholarship
 The WIRE Opportunity Scholarship is awarded to a woman who may not have been able to attend college when she graduated from high school, but now wants to further her education.
Palmetto Electric WIRE
WIRE (Women Involved in Rural Electrification), a women’s organization of Palmetto Electric Cooperative, Inc., will be awarding a $1,000 scholarship to a youth in our three-county service area.
PET scholarships
 The purpose of the Palmetto Electric Trust Scholarship Program is to assist qualified students in pursuit of a post-secondary education who demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Washington Youth Tour scholarships
 Each year, three local high school juniors are chosen to represent Palmetto Electric Cooperative in the Rural Electric Youth Tour, a weeklong educational trip to Washington, D.C. The Youth Tour gives students a chance to see government in action, visit historical sites and learn all about electric cooperatives.
