What Appliances Are Covered?

  • Basic Appliance Package
    *$10.95/month
    Range, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Water Heater
  • Additional Appliances
    *$2.95 each per month
    Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Microwave, Ice Maker, Freezer, Gas Logs
  • HVAC/Cooling Systems
    *$14.95/month
    (Compressors are not covered)
  • Deluxe Package (Basic + HVAC/Cooling)
    *$21.90/month
    There will be a $10 trip charge for each service call.

When Does Coverage Begin?

  • Coverage begins immediately
  • The service agreement is for one year from the initial sign-up date

How Do I Make A Claim for Repair Service?

  • Call 1-800-223-5317 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Please have your Palmetto Electric Account number available
  • A Palmetto CHAMP representative will confirm your account information and a contractor will contact you within 2 hours of your telephone call to schedule a service call appointment.

How Do I Sign-Up?

  • Call 1-800-223-5317 to sign-up immediately.
    Please have your Palmetto Electric account number ready when you call.
