Report a Security Light Outage

To report a security light problem, please call your local Palmetto Electric office or 1-800-922-5551. Be prepared to give the following information:

• Your name (name on account if applicable)
• Telephone number
• Approximate address of light’s location
• Light number (located on side of pole)
• Nature of problem (light is out, light is flickering, vandalism, etc.)

When a security light outage is reported, our employees will repair a fixture within two (2) business days after we have been notified. However, inclement weather or unforeseen conditions may delay our repair effort.
