  • Each month you will receive an e-bill with a link that will bring you directly to your current bill. You will no longer receive a bill via the USPS mail system.
  • You can view and pay your bill, view account history, and update your account information.
  • We’ll archive your bills for at least six months.

    • To pay by phone using your credit card, call1-866-445-5551 and follow a few easy steps. MEMBERS MUST HAVE THEIR ACCOUNT NUMBER TO MAKE A PAYMENT BY PHONE.
    • Upon completion of your payment transaction, you will be given a confirmation number that you should record should you need to contact Palmetto Electric.
