eBillingAre you tired of receiving a paper bill each month? Sign up for e-billing to receive an email notification when your bill is posted to your MyEnergy Online account. 

 

Here's how it works:

Each month, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to view your current bill via MyEnergy Online. You will no longer receive a bill via the USPS system. 

You can view and pay your bill, view account history and update your account information via MyEnergy Online.

MyEnergy Online

MyEnergy Online makes managing your account easy by allowing you to view and pay your bill online. 

  • Have your payment automatically deducted from your checking account, or charged to your debit/credit card each month on the date of your choosing (Auto-Pay) or on the due date (Bank Draft) with no credit card fees. 

  • Make a one-time payment online via credit card.  Palmetto Electric Cooperative accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

PowerTouch

To pay by phone using your credit card, call PowerTouch at 1-866-445-5551 and follow a few easy steps.  Upon completion of your payment transaction, you will be given a confirmation number that you should record and refer to when contacting Palmetto Electric. Palmetto Electric Cooperative accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
