MyEnergy Online Features:
Pay your Bill: Pay your bill by logging into MyEnergy Online or use our new QuickPay feature.
Track Your Utility Usage & Spending: Monitor your home and/or business electric usage with a variety of updated charts and graphs. MyEnergy Online gives you the information and tools needed to understand your energy spending and make lifestyle changes to potentially lower your electric bills.
Alerts and Reminders: You can even set up alerts and reminders for your account that can be delivered to you in an email or text message.
Billing History: Access and print billing history for your personal records (taxes, proof of residency, etc.)
Payment Arrangements and Pledges: View the status of active payment arrangements and pledges
Do you have multiple accounts? Members can now transfer credit balances between accounts.
MyEnergy Online Payment Options:
QuickPay: Pay your bill without even logging into your MyEnergy Online account.
Auto-Pay or Draft: You decide whether to pay with Auto-Pay (on a selected pay date of your choosing) or Draft (on the bill’s due date).
One-Time Future Payments: Customers now have the ability to create, update or delete one-time payments in MyEnergy Online, using either a credit card or e-checks. These payments can be set up for a specific future date and specific amount. The date can be set up to a maximum of 90 days.
Auto-Pay for Advance Pay Accounts: Advance Pay members can use Auto-Pay with either credit/debit cards or e-checks. Members can set the amount that will automatically be deducted from their account when the Advance Pay threshold amount is reached. Example: When your account balance reaches your selected Advance Pay threshold of -$5.00, your account will be charged the amount you entered for your credit card or e-check.
Yes, have your bill automatically deducted from your checking account or debit/credit card each month. Choose between Auto-Pay, where you choose the payment date, or Draft, where your account is automatically drafted on the bill's due date.
If you have already registered on MyEnergy Online then you can sign up for either Auto-Pay or Bank Draft within the portal. If you have yet to register your account within MyEnergy Online, you need to create an account.
Yes, just put in one of your complete account numbers (or username) and password to login. Once logged in, you will be able to access all of your accounts that contain that member number.
Example: Your member number is 12345, and you have several accounts, 12345-001, 12345-002 and 12345-003. To login, enter one of your full account numbers (i.e. 12345-001) or username and password. Once logged in, you will be able to view all three accounts (12345-001, 12345-002, 12345-003). For questions, please contact us.

If you are not receiving your Palmetto Electric monthly bill notification e-mail, this may be due to stricter security settings being implemented by e-mail service providers and e-mail client programs.
Many e-mail programs (Hargray’s-Postini, Outlook, Outlook Express, AOL, GroupWise, Lotus Notes, Eudora, etc.) have flexible security settings and filters. These options may be adjusted so that e-mail from specific addresses is allowed through – such as e-mail from Palmetto Electric’s eBilling address, firstname.lastname@example.org. If you believe e-mail from this address is being blocked, please see the “Help” section of your e-mail program to determine how to change your settings.
If this does not alleviate your problem, please check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Your ISP may have instituted system-wide restrictions that are not allowing e-mail from this address.
