Here’s how it works:
- MyEnergy Online is a single point of access to a variety of options including account maintenance, bill payment, energy use monitoring, plus account and billing history. You can even set up Alerts and Reminders for your account that can be delivered to you in an email or text message.
- Your password from Palmetto Electric is needed to login to MyEnergy Online for the first time.
- If we have your e-mail address and a valid phone number in our system you can access the portal, MyEnergy Online, without contacting us, otherwise you need to call 1.800.922.5551 or e-mail us during normal busines hours, (Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.), to receive a password and then you will be able to manage your account(s) online.
Track Your Utility Usage & Spending
Visualize your home and/or business electric usage and bills all in one place. MyEnergy Online gives you the information and tools needed to understand your energy spending and lower your electric bills.
MyEnergy Online Payment Options include: Auto-Pay, One-Time Payments and Auto-Pay for Advanced Pay members.
Auto-Pay on Due Date
A checkbox to Pay on Bill Due Date is located at the bottom of both the E-Check and Credit Card forms. You decide whether to pay by the bill’s Due Date or by a selected Pay Date of your choosing.
One-Time Future Payments
Customers now have the ability to create, update, or delete One-Time Payments in MyEnergy Online using either Credit Cards or E-Checks. These payments can be set up for a specific future date and specific amount. The date can be set up to a maximum of 90 days.
Auto-Pay for Advance Pay Accounts
Advance Pay members can use Auto-Pay with either Credit Cards or E-Checks. Members can set the Prepay Amount that will automatically be deducted from their account when the Prepay Threshold amount is reached. Example: When your account balance reaches your selected Prepay Threshold of -$5.00, your account will be charged the Prepay Amount you entered for your Credit Card or E-Check.
These features can also be found with our Smart App and applies to both Credit Card and E-Check transactions.
