- Always Report Your Power Outage! We may not know your power is out.
- Download Palmetto Electric’s MyEnergy Mobile App to manage your account and check outages on your phone.
- If you see a power line down, call 911 immediately. Do not approach any downed lines, even if you think they may be cable or telephone lines. Always treat a downed line as live and dangerous.
- What is ETOR (Estimated Time of Restoration)?: We work hard to prevent outages, but sometimes weather or other factors beyond our control interrupt the flow of power. If this happens, we will get your power on as quickly and safely as possible. The estimated time of restoration is the time we expect to have your service restored. Initially, the time given is a prediction based on historical outage data. As more information becomes available, we may update the estimated restoration time so check back often. During significant weather events or when there are numerous outages at the same time, this may lead to extended outage duration.
